3 Keys to Business Success

This podcast covers Three Keys to Business Success, no matter what type of business you are starting. Note that I did not say that this podcast would cover the “Unique” Three Keys to Business Success. I realize that there are many things that a company has to do to be successful, however, I have discovered that all big companies have incorporated these three keys into their business culture. Mahatma Gandhi was believed to have said, “You must be the change you want to see in the world,” yet the actual documented saying goes like this: “If we could change ourselves, trends in the world would also change.” As a man changes his own nature, so does the world’s attitude toward him. We don’t need to wait to see what others do. ” What Mahatma Gandhi said was that if you want the world to change, we must first change ourselves, and in return, the trends in the world would change, and as a person changes, the attitude of the world changes towards him. The wisdom that Mahatma Gandhi shares in this quote applies not only to people but also to companies. The first key to business success is:

  1. Change The World By Solving Problems

Each business operating in a free economy can only exist by doing one thing; solving problems. It is for this reason that I always advise people to enter the business because they believe they have a way of solving a problem that someone may have. I do not minimize that it is very important to love what you do, but if what you like is watching television all day, it will be very difficult to make it profitable. Your ability to make a profit on your business is directly proportional to the number of problems you can solve.

I am writing this blog on a Mac right now. For many years I used Windows operating systems. After having to update my system almost every year, keeping up with the updates and constantly freezing the system, I finally tried a Mac. I like Macs because they “just work”. After overcoming the learning curve of working on a Mac, I kicked myself for not making the switch much earlier. This may not have been your experience with Windows or Mac OS, but enough people became frustrated with Windows that they were willing to try something different. Apple Inc. decided to redesign the way computers were used, and because many people liked their solution, Apple is now one of the leading computer systems operating on the market.

Albert Einstein said: “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.” What I was saying was that when you find out there is a problem, you may not be able to solve it at first. You may have to get more intelligence, gather more information, or get more data to solve that problem. Not all problems have a simple solution, but if you are passionate about it, the research that needs to be done to solve the problem will be much easier.

Don’t think you have to reinvent the wheel. If you can figure out how to do something a little better and capture enough market that you think your changes are worth paying for, then you have a business. By default, it will change the world by creating a product that people need to solve their problems.

  1. Never Stop Learning

When I was younger, my father used to tell me that I could be whatever I wanted to be, as long as I was willing to start early enough and willing to put in the job that led me to fulfill my dreams. My dad was trying to provide me with the wisdom I would need to be successful in life.

One day, while studying in the library for an exam in my MBA program and reading about the life of Warren Buffet, I had an epiphany. “We are all equal and have the same capacity as any other person. We all have the same 12 hours in a day, we all live in a world that has 365 days in a year, and we all have access to the same books. “With that knowledge, I came to the conclusion that the only difference between me and any Another person was how I spent my time, the way I spend my time, the knowledge I gained during that time and how I applied it made a big difference in the world.

When you start a business, it is very important that you never stop learning. Mastering your craft is vital to the success of companies. You should never stop educating yourself about your business, products, marketing, and strategies. It will keep you in business when everyone else has the same knowledge they got when they started. And if you spend more hours learning and applying your knowledge to make your business successful, you will eventually outperform your competition and be impressed with your accomplishments.

  1. Never Quit

Vince Lombardi, one of the best coaches in the Green Bay Packers, once said: “Winners never quit and quitters never win.” This saying may sound like something a child would say on the playground, yet it is so true.

Starting, marketing and managing a business is extremely difficult. It usually takes three times longer than you thought, would cost five times more, and can drain almost everything. When you’re exhausted and think you have nothing else to give, remember why you started the business in the first place. Deepen and use your inner strength to overcome it.

I would like to say that the desire to quit will only happen once, but I would be lying. However, the more times you continue when that feeling invades you, the easier it will be each time. So NEVER LEAVE!
